摘要
随着国内外采矿行业的快速发展,专业研究型人才的国际化交流与科技合作日益增多,国际化一流采矿工程专业人才需求剧增,这些人才需要具备扎实的专业基础,较强的科研创新能力,出色的外语交流能力,知经济会管理等特点,而传统的采矿工程研究型人才已渐渐不能完全满足市场国际化的需求。研究生教育担负着培养研究型人才的重要任务,文章通过系统调研中国和澳大利亚采矿工程研究生人才培养体系,发现了研究生学位学制、选拔制度、导师制度、课程设置、论文评审、学位授予、质量评价等方面的差异性,明确了两国采矿工程研究生培养各自的优势,为优化并完善中国采矿工程研究型人才培养体系奠定了基础。
With the rapid development of the domestic and international coal industry, international exchanges and cooperation in researching talents are increasing. Therefore, the outstanding mining engineering professionals who have enough professional knowledge, strong innovation ability, excellent foreign language speaking ability and economy and management knowledge are greatly demanded. However, the traditional talents cannot fully meet the needs of international market. Postgraduate education shoulders an important part of cultivating researching talents. This thesis compares the research system of mining engineering graduate students in China and Australia, finding differences exist in the following aspects, namely degree system, selection system, supervisor system, curriculum, the-sis evaluation, degree granting, quality evaluation and so on. The advantages of each system are proposed, which will be a foundation lor improving Lhina s mining engineering training.
