摘要 研究机械密封失效的机理,提出密封效能延长的对策。将机械密封失效的成因划分为化学损坏、热损坏和机械损坏,规划密封效能延长的整体控制方案,尤其从外冲洗、内冲洗和循环冲洗三个方面着重介绍其中的温度控制策略。做好机械密封失效成因的分析,有针对性地采取相应措施延长密封寿命,是满足机械正常使用、取得良好实践成效的有力保障。 The mechanism of mechanical sealing failure is investigated to put forward the countermeasures of prolonging the sealing performance. Causes of mechanical sealing failure are divided into chemical damage, heat damage and mechanical damage, to carry out an overall planning control scheme for extending the seal performance, and especially, temperature control strategy is introduced in detail from aspects including the inside flushing, outside flushing and circulating flushing. Analysis on the causes of mechanical seal failure, and targeted measures to improve the sealing lifetime, are beneficial to meet the normal use of machineries, and achieve their good practice effect.
