摘要
传统的德育教学模式忽视学生的主体性,缩小了学生的思维空间,致使德育效果较差。德育对话教学具有极大的价值意蕴比如人本价值、教学价值、创新价值。这种教学模式更加适合当今尊重多元、强调协作、注重学生全面发展的现代社会的德育需求。构建德育对话教学模式要求教师首先对对话教学进行有效引导;其次重塑教师角色,与学生形成一种伙伴关系;再次,要创造良好氛围唤醒师生对话;最后,要注意教学反思。在实行德育对话教学模式时还应注意对话形式的多样性、内容的丰富性、教学进程的渐进性。德育对话教学模式的建构锻炼了学生自主思考、协同合作的能力,使德育吸引力大大提升。
The traditional moral education teaching mode ignores the students' subjectivity and narrows their thinking space, resulting in poor moral education. Moral education dialogue teaching has great values, such as human value, teaching value and innovation value. This kind of teaching model is more suitable for the need of moral education in modern society, which respects diversity, emphasizes collaboration and focuses on students' overall development. The construction of the moral education dialogue teaching mode requires the teacher to guide the dialogue first; second, to reshape the role of teachers and form a part-nership with students; then, to create a good atmosphere for the dialogue; finally, to pay attention to the teaching reflection. In the practice of moral education dialogue, attention also needs to be paid to the di-versity of dialogue, the richness of content, and the gradualism of the teaching process. The construction of the dialogue teaching mode of moral education exercises the ability of students to think independently and cooperate with each other, thereby greatly improving the attraction of moral education.
