摘要
基于热传导方式的汽车冷却系统,波纹散热带尺寸精度对冷却系统的冷却效果有重要影响。本文以波纹散热带的带高、峰距、波峰圆弧半径等参数为研究对象,对波纹散热带滚刀设计方法进行了验证。通过构建渐开线齿轮滚刀成型散热带的数学模型,利用MATLAB求解滚刀的齿数、模数、压力角等结构参数,结合滚刀生产工况经验,选取合适的分度圆上的压力角,然后从解算结果中确定滚刀参数。根据本文提出的数学模型设计的滚刀加工散热带尺寸偏差在1%以内,符合行业内规模化工业生产要求,可被应用于汽车空调散热带滚刀设计领域的算法设计参考。
Concerning the automatic car cooling method based on heat conduction, dimension accuracy of forming louver fin has vital effect on the performance of cooling system. In this paper the design method for corrugation cutter was confirmed by focusing on fin height, wavelength, peak radius, et al. Proper parameters of corrugation cutter were chosen according to the results of MATLAB model, which were based on number of teeth, module, pressure angle, et al. The results reveal that dimension deviations of forming louver fin are constrained within 1%, according to the MATLAB algorism. The accuracy meets the industrial demands well, and the method could be applied in the field of corrugation cutter design.
