摘要
研究了压制成形过程硬质合金顶锤的制备工艺及工艺参数影响抗断裂强度的规律性,分析了冷等静压可得到理想压坯密度的理论基础。提出了大制品成型方法。
This paper explained how to achieve the cemented carbide of high compact and high strength, researched the product technology of compacting process about cemented carbide anvil, regularity about different process date influence resist break strength, and seeked the principle about eliminate the flaw in cemented carbide.
