摘要
目的对捏积疗法在小儿保健中的临床应用效果进行研究。方法 66例体质较弱患儿,简单随机分为对照组与治疗组,各33例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,治疗组患儿在常规治疗基础上接受捏积法治疗。对比两组患儿1年患病次数、家属满意度,分析两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿1年患病次数明显少于对照组,其家属的满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿治疗总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论捏积疗法用于小儿保健中的效果显著,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective To research clinical application effect by chiropractic therapy in pediatric health care. Methods A total of 66 children patients with poor constitution were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the treatment group received additional chiropractic therapy to conventional therapy. Comparison was made on oneyear prevalence frequency and satisfaction degree by family numbers. Clinical curative effects were analyzed in the two groups. Results The treatment group had obviously lower one-year prevalence frequency and much higher satisfaction degree by family numbers than the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The treatment group had higher total effective rate in treatment as 93.94% than 72.73% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of chiropractic therapy in pediatric health care showed excellent effect, and it is worth widely clinical promotion and application.
