摘要
捏积疗法起源于晋朝,在其后1 800年的时间里,手法从拈、夹、推、摩到如今的捏积七法;治疗从卒腹痛到殗殜、夜惊、感寒,再到儿科、呼吸、消化、妇科、骨科、保健中的广泛应用;操作方向从下向上,发展到从上向下及往返操作;从家族手法到进入全国及行业规划教材;从一个流派应用到医院聘请、再到被儿科多个流派吸收接纳;从一个手法到一种疗法。捏积疗法是当今儿科推拿领域里的重要手法,也是重要的流派。
Pinching spine technique originated in Jin Dynasty.Within the 1 800 years during that period time,the techniques developed from Nian(kneading),clipping,pushing and robbing methods to current Seven Pinching Spine Techniques.The treatment ranges developed from acute abdominal pain,Yedie,nightmare and cold etc.to applying to pediatrics,respiratory,digestive,gynecological,orthopedics diseases and preventive medicine.The following changes has been made:the operation of pinching spine technique has changed from moving hands upwards only to moving hands downwards then going up and down back and forth;it has changed from family inherited techniques into national-wide teaching with published text books;from one single faction to widely used in hospitals and well accepted among pediatrics society;from one single technique developed into a comprehensive treatment.The pinching spine technique has become a very important treatment method in pediatric field and is one of the most valuable factions currently.
