摘要
[目的]观察艾灸治疗热敏灸感腰椎间盘突出症急性期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将130例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组;保持室温维持24~30℃,选择充分显露病位舒适体位,采用20cm特制艾绒艾条,按《热敏灸使用读本》灸感探查规范操作。对照组(温热灸感)65例大肠俞、委中及阿是穴行温和悬灸,每穴艾灸20~30min后至灸感消失为止。治疗组(热敏灸感)65例腰部穴位放置艾灸盒,依患者可承受耐力度旋转艾灸盒调节适当火力,艾灸20~30min,直至感觉热敏化灸感消失后取下。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、JOA评分、VAS评分、直腿抬高角度、SF-36评分、满意度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]JOA评分、VAS评分、直腿抬高角度、SF-36评分、满意度治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]艾灸治疗热敏灸感腰椎间盘突出症急性期,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of moxibustion on acute lumbar disc herniation. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 130 cases of hospitalized patients according to the serial number of draw simple disease were randomly divided into two groups; keep the room temperature maintained at 24-30 DEG C, choose to fully reveal the disease comfortable posture, using Chinese special 20cm special moxa moxa, in accordance with the reader use of thermal moxibustion sensation exploration operation. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 14d. Clinical symptoms, JOA score, VAS score, straight leg elevation angle, SF-36 score, satisfaction, adverse reaction. Treatment of 1 courses, to determine the efficacy. [Results] JOA score, VAS score, straight leg elevation angle, SF-36 score, satisfaction in the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Moxibustion in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation with different moxibustion effect, the curative effect is satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
