摘要
[目的]观察索罗门定律联合挂线疗法治疗肛周脓肿疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例肛周脓肿患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。治疗组60例一次性切开挂线根治术,对照组60例切开引流术。术后15d,判定近期疗效。初次手术出院后随访6个月,观测术后一次治愈及术后桥形愈合形成肛瘘需二次手术情况,判定远期疗效。[结果]一次手术结果治疗组痊愈47例,好转10例,无效3例,痊愈率78.33%;对照组痊愈14例,好转30例,无效16例,痊愈率23.33%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。远期疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)[结论]索罗门定律联合挂线疗法治疗肛周脓肿,安全可靠,治愈率高,疗程短,值得推广。
[Objective] Observation of the curative effect of Salomon law combined with Seton therapy on perianal abscess. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 120 cases of patients with perianal abscess by dice method were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in the treatment group were treated by incision and thread cutting, while the control group （n=60） were treated with incision and drainage. After 15d, determine the curative effect.After the first operation, the patients were followed up for 6 months, and one time after the operation and the healing of the fistula after operation, the operation of the anal fistula was required to be done for the two time. [Results] First operation result：the treatment group cured 47 cases, improved in 10 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the cure rate was 78.33%. The control group cured 14 cases, improved in 30 cases, ineffective in 16 cases, the cure rate was 23.33%,the treatment group was better than the control group. Long-term efficacy：the treatment group was better than the control group.[Conclusion] Salomon law combined Seton therapy for perianal abscess, safe and reliable, high cure rate, short course of treatment, it is worth promoting.
