摘要
提高大型仪器设备管理是一项系统工程,不仅需要相关政策的支持,还需要具有动力学的管理机制。通过校内"虚拟货币或积分"进行工作量考核,调动大型仪器设备的开放与共享,建立健全大型仪器设备使用考核机制,将使用效益与资源配置、使用单位的经济利益挂钩。提高仪器占用成本,迫使占用单位产生动力,促使其积极主动提高仪器设备的利用率。
Improving the management for the large-scale instruments and equipment is a systematic project, which needs not only the support of relevant policies, but also the dynamic management mechanism. The workload assessment is carried out by the campus "Virtual currency or accumulative points" method so as to promote the opening and sharing of the large-scale instruments and equipment. The assessment mechanism of such instruments and equipment is established, and the utilization ratio and resource allocation are combined with the users' economic interests. The occupation cost of the instruments and equipment has been raised so as to force the units possessing such instruments and equipment to initiatively improve the utilization ratio of these instruments and equipment.
