摘要
构建高效的学院大型仪器管理体系可以助推学校科研水平的提升。该文针对大型仪器管理中的问题,以华南师范大学化学与环境学院为例,从重视大型仪器管理工作、设置仪器管理岗位、设立学院仪器维修基金,以及加强培训、合理收费和管理员权限等方面对构建大型仪器管理体系进行了探索。
Constructing an efficient large-scale instrument management system in colleges can promote the improvement of scientific research level in universities.In view of the problems in the management of large-scale instruments and by taking the Chemistry and Environment College of South China Normal University as an example,this paper probes into the construction of large-scale instrument management system from the aspects of attaching importance to the management of large-scale instruments,setting up the post of instrument management,establishing the fund for instrument maintenance,strengthening training,enhancing the reasonable charging and the authority of administrators,etc.
