摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,骨组织是乳腺癌最易转移的靶器官之一,乳腺癌转移至骨后,对患者的生活质量造成严重的影响,同时提高了患者的死亡率。目前,乳腺癌骨转移的确切机制尚不明确,本文通过查阅相关乳腺癌骨转移的文献,从乳腺癌骨转移的机制(种子-土壤学说、细胞因子的调节)、分类(溶骨性、成骨性骨转移)以及目前常用的治疗方法(靶向、靶点、中医药治疗)等方面做基础的研究总结,为乳腺癌骨转移的临床治疗提供理论依据。
Breast cancer was one of the most common malignant tumors in women, and it mostly made metastasis to the bone tissues. The bone metastasis caused serious influence on the quality of life of patients, as well as increased mortality rate of patients. However, at present, the exact mechanism of breast cancer bone metastasis yet remains unclear. In this paper, we summarized the previous researches in terms of the mechanism, classification and the commonly used methods for treatment after relevant literature study, in the hope to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of breast cancer bone metastasis. The mechanism involved the seed and soil theory as well as the regulation of cytokines, the classification involved osteolytic and osteogenic bone metastasis, and the commonly used methods for treatment involved targeted, target spot, tranditional Chinese medicine treatment.
