摘要
为促进传统文化教育,打造高素质师资队伍,借鉴"翻转课堂"模式进行教学改革十分必要。鉴于"翻转课堂"具有尊重个性、促进交流、扩大容量等优势,可以探索出一个适用于提高传统文化课程教学效果,激发学生学习主动性的翻转课堂模式。实践启示我们,翻转课堂不仅要真正实现以生为本、人人参与,而且对教师、教学单位以及管理部门都提出了挑战。
In order to promote traditional culture education, and build a teacher group of high quality, it is necessary to start teaching reform by referring to Flipped Class model. This model has many advantages, for example, it respects students' personality, makes communication between students and teachers easier and enlarges a lesson's capacity, and it can help explore an effective class model to improve efficiency of traditional culture class and activate students in class. By practicing, we know that the flipped class requires us to teach students based on their knowledge and personality, but also offers a challenge to education organizations and management departments.
