摘要
目的探讨中医特色护理在小儿便秘中的护理效果及对抗腹泻功能因子的影响.方法取2015-06/2016-09医院收治小儿便秘患儿80例,采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40).对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医特色护理,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测2组护理前、后相关因子白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)及单核细胞核因子-冔B(nuclear factor-冔B,NF-冔B)水平,比较2组护理效果及对抗腹泻功能因子的影响.结果2组护理前排便困难、胃纳差减少、腹痛腹胀、夜间哭闹、小便黄染症状改善积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后排便困难、胃纳差减少、腹痛腹胀、夜间哭闹、小便黄染症状改善积分,低于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理前IL-8、IL-10及NF-冔B水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后IL-8、IL-10及NF-冔B水平,低于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论小儿便秘治疗过程中在常规护理基础上联合中医特色护理效果理想,能降低抗腹泻功能因子,提高护理质量,值得推广应用.
AIM To evaluate the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine-based nursing care in children with constipation and its impact on anti-diarrhea factors. METHODS Sixty children with constipation were randomly divided into a control group （n = 40） and an observation group （n = 40） from June 2015 to September 2016. Both groups were given routine nursing care, and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine-based nursing care. Interleukin （IL）-8, IL-10, and monocyte nuclear factor （NF-κB） were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Nursing effect and the levels of anti-diarrhea factors were compared between the two groups. RESULTS Before nursing care, there were no statistically significant differences in symptom improvement between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After nursing care, the improvement of symptoms such as dysuria, decreased appetite and poor appetite was more significant in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences in IL-8, IL-10 and NF-κB levels between the two groups before nursing. After nursing, IL-8, IL-10 and NF-κB levels were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was a significant difference between the two groups in nursing satisfaction （P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine-based nursing care combined with traditional nursing care can reduce anti-diarrhea factors and improve nursing quality in children with constipation.
