摘要
目的:观察痰喘散穴位敷贴联合中医特色护理治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床效果。方法:将小儿肺炎喘嗽患者300例按随机数字表法分成2组,对照组150例予以痰喘散穴位敷贴联合常规护理干预,观察组150例在对照组的基础上予以中医特色护理干预。对比2组干预前后中医症状评分、干预后临床症状消失时间和生活质量变化情况。结果:观察组干预后咳嗽咯痰消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、体温恢复时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过干预,2组中医症状评分较前改善,观察组干预后气促、发热、咯痰、咳嗽评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组情感功能、精神健康、心理状态、生理功能、活动能力、社会功能、躯体疼痛、整体健康评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰喘散穴位敷贴联合中医特色护理可以有效缓解肺炎喘嗽患儿临床症状,改善了中医症状评分,提高了生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tanchuan powder combined with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for infantile pneumonic asthma. Methods:A total of 300 cases of children with pneumonic asthma were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 150 cases in each group. The control group was given point application of Tanchuan powder combined with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention based on the treatment of the control group. The Chinese medicine symptoms scores before and after intervention as well as the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and changes in quality of life after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention,the disappearance time of cough,expectoration and rales in the lung,and the recovery time of temperature after intervention in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After intervention,the Chinese medicine symptom scores in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention,and the scores of short breath, fever, expectoration and cough after intervention in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of emotional function, mental health, psychological state, physiological function, activity ability, social function, body pain and general health in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of point application of Tanchuan powder combined with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with pneumonic asthma,reduce the Chinese medicine symptom scores and enhance life quality.
