摘要
三阴性乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer,TNBC)系雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)和人类表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,HER-2)表达均为阴性的乳腺癌,具有特殊生物学行为及临床病理特征,预后差。该文对三阴性乳腺癌的超声影像学研究进展作一综述。
Triple-receptor negative breast cancer（TNBC） is a kind of breast cancer whose expressions of es- trogen receptor（ER）, progesterone receptor（PR）, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 （HER2） are all negative. TNBC has special biological and pathological characteristics and poor prognosis. The progress of research on the ultrasonic imaging diagnosis of TNBC is reviewed in this paper.
