超声心动图在慢性心力衰竭诊断及治疗中的应用价值被引量：3

摘要探讨应用超声心动图诊断及治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果与价值。选取58例慢性心力衰竭患者作为观察组,分为随访组和非随访组各29例,另外选取30例健康体检者作为对照组。探讨超声心动图在慢性心力衰竭诊治中的临床效果。观察组心衰超声指数和Log NT-Pro BNP水平高于对照组,差异明显,具备统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月后,随访组超声心动图各项指标均优于非随访组,差异明显,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声心动图心衰超声指数能有效显示出患者的心力衰竭情况,能为慢性心力衰竭的诊断提供基础,改善患者的预后,值得临床推广应用。
