摘要
运维过程是建筑项目全生命周期的关键阶段,更好地对运维过程中可能出现的风险进行管理就显得十分重要.通过研究指出传统运维阶段风险管理中存在的问题并建立了传统运维风险管理模型,利用BIM技术在运维阶段风险管理中的优势,构建了基于BIM的风险管理模型.对两种模型进行比较分析,得出了BIM技术在风险管理方面具有巨大优势,能够极大地提高建筑项目的经济效益.
The operation and maintenance process is the key stage of the whole life cycle of the construction project, and it is very important to manage the possible risks in the operation and maintenance process. First, by studying the problems existing in the traditional stage of operational risk management and establishing traditional operational risk management model, then using the advantages of BIM technology in the stage of operational risk management, the model of risk management is built based on BIM . By comparing and analysising the two models it is concluded that BIM has great advantages in risk management, which can greatly improve the economic benefits of construction project.
