摘要
在《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》提出"形成对外开放新体制"的大背景下,文化开放新体制已成为中国国际贸易领域重点关注与研究的课题之一。从建国以来中国文化开放体制的演进轨迹与趋势、文化贸易、文化对外投资以及文化对外交流、文化开放的路径选择等几个方面,对中国文化开放体制内容与路径的已有研究进行了系统梳理、分析和总结,并指出未来进一步研究的可能方向。
In the context of ＂the formation of the new open system＂ proposed by The 13th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the new system of cul- tural opening has become one of the key issues in the field of international trade in China. This article studies the evolution and trend of the open system since the founding of China, the cultural trade, foreign investment and foreign exchange, the cultural open path selection and so on. Then it also analyzes and summarizes the existing researches about the content and paths of Chinese cultural reform and points out the possible directions of further research.
