摘要
目的:评价果糖注射液用于慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)的患者血肌酐、尿素氮及血尿酸的影响。方法:71例CHB合并T2DM患者随机分为对照组(38例)和实验组(33例)。对照组患者以250m L的5%葡萄糖注射液加入3 U胰岛素作为异甘草酸镁注射液或甘草酸二铵注射液的溶媒静脉滴注,实验组患者以250 m L的10%果糖注射液作为异甘草酸镁注射液或甘草酸二铵注射液的溶媒静脉滴注。监测第1天和第5天患者血肌酐、尿素氮及血尿酸水平,同时监测患者血、尿常规、电解质浓度及酸碱平衡、心电图乳酸、动脉血p H值。结果:干预后实验组和对照组疗效之差的双侧90%置信区间结果为血肌酐(-6.94,6.58)和血尿酸(-50.81,36.29)的置信区间上下限在其等效性界值置信区间(-△,△)范围内,表明实验组和对照组疗效相等,尿素氮实验组和对照组疗效之差置信区间下限(-0.38)大于-△(-0.86),提示实验组疗效非劣于对照组的疗效,但不能得出其等效性结论。无其他相关不良反应的发生。结论:果糖注射液对CHB合并T2DM患者的血肌酐、尿素氮及血尿酸无影响,果糖注射液作为甘草酸类制剂的溶媒输液用于CHB合并T2DM患者安全可靠。
Objective：To investigate the effects of fructose infusion on patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with type 2 dia- betes. Methods：Seventy-one cases were randomized into the control group（n=38） and experiment group （n=33）. The patients in con- trol group used 5% glucose injection 250 mL added 3 U insulin as solvent infusion of oglycyrrhizinate magnesium injection or di- ammonium glyeyrrhizinate injection and those in test group used 10% fructose injection 250 mL,lasting for 3 days. The serum creati- nine, blood urea nitrogen and serum uric acid levels were monitored in the first day and the fifth day on patients. Results ：The serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and serum uric acid levels had no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Fructose injection had no effect on serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and serum uric acid in patients with chronic hepatitis B compli- cated with type 2 diabetes. Fructose as licorice acid formulation vehicle infusion for patients of chronic hepatitis B with type 2 diabetes is safe and reliable.
