摘要 针对传统4D施工信息模型在应用过程中难以实现耦合进度信息的完整数据交互,引入BIM领域最新的国际标准(IFC4标准),对4D-BIM模型中的进度信息与三维模型信息进行标准化统一描述,并以Microsoft Visual Studio 2015为开发平台,采用开源的x BIM Toolkit工具包,开发基于IFC4的4D-BIM施工信息模型创建系统,在进度计划编制过程中完成具体作业与构件间的关联,以提高4D-BIM模型创建人员的效率,由此形成的标准化4D施工信息模型,不仅增加了IFC标准在进度管理领域的应用深度,又可为实现4D-BIM在不同软件间的无损数据传递提供新的思路。 Since the traditional 4D construction information model is difficult to exchange the whole data with schedule information, the latest international standard in BIM field named for IFC4 standard was introduced, and was used to descript schedule information and 3D model information uniformly. Besides, based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and xBIM Toolkit, a system was developed, which can create 4D-BIM construction information model based on IFC4. It could help 4D-BIM model creator to build links between tasks and model components in the process of creating schedule, so the creator's effectiveness is increasing. Moreover, the standard 4D construction information model based on IFC could strengthen the IFC standard's application in the progress management field as well, and provide ideas of non-destructive data transmit among different 4D-BIM sotlwares.
