摘要
随着煤矿开采深度不断增加,巷道围岩变形情况加剧。铝质泥岩巷道由于其吸水膨胀性加之深部围岩压力的作用,导致巷道产生大的底臌变形,此种底臌变形较难控制。介绍了WPZ-55/50L型巷道修复机在大佛寺煤矿4#煤层西二总回风大巷底臌治理中的应用,提出了一套铝质泥岩巷道底臌治理方案,通过对治理后巷道围岩进行变形监测验证了治理效果,为今后类似巷道底臌治理提供了参考。
As the growing mining depth of coal mine, deformation of surrounding rock becoming seriously. Al mudstones presents expansive property when it in contact with the water. The superimposition of expansive property and the pressure of surrounding rock leads to bottom foor gets large deformation. Shows application of WPZ-55/50 L road way repair machine in treatment floor heave of Dafosi Coal Mine,and we have made out a control technology of floor heave of road way in Al mudstones. And from monitoring the deformation of surrounding rock after management,we found it worked well. This offers reference for treation floor heave in similar roadway.
