摘要
针对矿井巷道变形大、底鼓严重等问题,且修复巷道依然靠人工劳动为主的现状,特对巷道修复设备的工作装置进行设计,使其能够适应复杂巷道修复的机械化作业。对该设备工作装置进行优化设计后可以有效修复巷道底鼓、变形,极大提高了工作效率,降低了劳动成本,对矿井的安全生产具有重大意义。
Aiming at the problems of large deformation and serious bottom drum of the mine roadway,and the status that the repair of roadway still depends on manual labor,the working device of the roadway repair equipment was designed to make it suitable for the mechanized operation of complex roadway repair.Optimized design of the working device of this equipment can effectively repair the problems of roadway bottom drum,deformation,which greatly improves the work efficiency,reduces labor costs,and has great significance for the safe production of the mine.
