双热源集中供热枝状管网最优水力交汇点分析

摘要 通过分析水泵的能耗计算公式,水泵的扬程与管道流量的平方成正比,水泵的效率可以拟合成与流量之间的数学关系,最后得出水泵的能耗只与水泵的流量有关,因此水力交汇点在流量不发生变化的管段内移动时,对水泵能耗不产生影响。本文结合实际供热规划项目,采用逐点法进行逐点计算,计算结果显示相比于水泵能耗最大的水力交汇点位置,最优水力交汇点位置时的水泵能耗可节省655 k W,节约能耗达39%。 Through the analysis of formula of pump, pump head is proportional to the square of flow while the efficiency of the pump can be calculated by flow with mathematical relationship, and pump power consumption is only concerned with flow. This paper combined with actual heating project planning and calculate by using point by point method. The calculation results show that compared to the most unfavorable intersection, the optimal hydraulic location of the intersection can save pump power consumption 655 kW, and saving energy is up to 39%.
