摘要
随着国家及地方推动装配式建筑发展的相关政策的不断出台,作为装配化程度极高的钢结构住宅也遇到了前所未有的发展机遇。但目前真正能落地实施并顺利建设完成且能得到投资商及业主满意的钢结构住宅项目依然是凤毛麟角,与钢结构配套的成熟、稳定、经济、适用的外墙围护材料及围护做法的缺乏,成为制约我国钢结构住宅发展的关键因素。从住宅建筑的典型特性及钢结构住宅结构体系的现状出发,对我国目前常用的钢结构住宅外墙围护材料及围护构造做法进行了阐述,并对不同的围护材料及做法进行了分析、比较,结合钢结构本身在结构方面、施工方面、材料方面的特点,提出了钢结构住宅外墙围护材料的选择要求及较为合理的做法。
With the relevant national and local policiesto promote the development of assembly architecture, the steel structure housing, as an assembly of high degree, meets an unprecedented development opportunity. However, the present steel structure residential projects which can really be implemented and completed smoothly and satisfies the investors and owners are still rare. And the lack of mature, stable, economical and applicable exterior wall materials and enclosure practices has become the key factor restricting the development of the steel structure housing in china. This paper, from the status quo and characteristics of the typical steel structure residential buildings, elaborates, analyzes and compares the commonly used exterior wall materials and enclosurestructure methods. By combining with the characteristics of the steel structure, it points out the requirement for selecting the exterior wall material and the reasonable practice.
