摘要
食管癌是我国常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一。食管癌具体发病机制尚不清楚。microRNA是一类内源性非编码蛋白短链RNA,参与调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、耐药和侵袭转移等多种生物学行为。其中miR-21最受关注。miR-21在食管癌细胞或组织中高表达,发挥着类似于癌基因的作用。miR-21通过对靶基因的调控,参与食管癌细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭、耐药和转移等过程。通过抑制miR-21的表达或阻碍miR-21与靶基因的相互作用在食管癌治疗中具有良好的应用前景。本文就miR-21在食管癌中的研究进展进行综述。
Esophageal cancer is one of the most common digestive system neoplasms in China. The mechanism of esophageal cancer is still unclear, microRNA is a kind of endogenous non-coding short RNA, which regulates many tu- mor biological behaviors,such as cell multiplication, differentiation, apoptosis, drug resistance and invasion, miR-21 is valued highly in miRNA. It express highly in esophageal cancer cell and tissue, miR-21 participates in esophageal cancer cell multiplication, differentiation, apoptosis, drug resistance and metastasis via regulating gene expression. This review summarizes the advances in research on miR-21 in esophageal cancer .
