摘要
针对射频接收前端频段宽、大动态范围与低损耗需求的特点,文中在常用功率检测电路基础上增加了小信号耦合器与可变增益补偿模块,设计了一种用于射频接收前端的功率检测电路,该电路能够实现10~4 000 MHz射频信号的功率检测,动态范围可达105 dB,主路损耗仅1 dB。
A power detection circuit for broadband, large dynamic range, and low - loss RF receiver forefront is designed by adding a small - signal coupler and variable gain compensation module to the common power detection circuit. This circuit is capable of detecting the 10 -4 000 MHz input power with a dynamic range up to 105 dB and an insertion loss of 1 dB.
