摘要
为完成双频40 kW雷达发射机的功率测量,提出了一种针对高功率脉冲信号功率的测量新方法,仅采用脉冲信号高功率衰减器和数字示波器,直接测量衰减后的高功率脉冲信号时域特征,实现对雷达发射机输出的脉冲峰值功率、脉冲宽度等参数的准确测量。实测结果表明,双频发射机在53.8和35 MHz的脉冲发射功率分别为41.69和50.05 kW。该方法无需连接天线等大功率负载设备,具有结构简单、便携性好、操作方便的优点,可广泛应用于中频(MF)雷达、流星雷达、平流层-对流层(ST)雷达等大气雷达发射机技术指标测量。
A new method measuring attenuated pulse high-power signal time domain characteristics is proposed to fulfill dual-frequency 40 kW transmitter power measurement. It mainly utilizes pulse high-power attenuator and digital oscilloscope to achieve accurate measurement of peak pulse power and pulse width of the radar transmitter output. The results manifest that the peak pulse power of dual-frequency 40 kW transmitter reaches 41.69 kW at 53.8 MHz and 50.05 kW at 35 MHz respectively. The new method simplifies the power measurement system which usually need to connect antenna or other high-power loads, has the advantages of good portability and convenient operation at the same time, and can be widely applied in the transmitter measurement of atmospheric radars such as medium frequency(MF) radar, meteor radar and stratosphere-troposphere(ST) radar, etc.
