摘要
出于废水零排放的考虑,不少燃煤电厂将反渗透浓水与化学车间排水等回用于脱硫系统,可高浓度含盐废水对SO_2传质特性产生影响,从而影响脱硫效率的研究却鲜见。分析了高浓度含盐废水对SO2传质特性的影响,探讨了各离子单独存在于浆液中对脱硫效率及传质特性可能产生的影响,阐述了高浓度含盐废水对脱硫效率及传质特性不良影响的机理,为工程实践中研判各种离子存在条件下对WFGD脱硫效率及传质特性的影响提供参考。
For the consideration of wastewater zero discharge,many coal-fired power plants reuse the reverse osmosis concentrated water and chemical drainage in the desulfurization system,but studies of influence to the mass transfer characteristics of SO_2,which can affect the desulfurization efficiency by highly concentrated saline wastewater are rare. It analyzes the effects of high concentration of saline wastewater on SO_2 mass transfer characteristics,discussing the possible negative impact on the desulfurization efficiency and mass transfer characteristics caused by separated ion in the slurry,as well as the mechanism of negative effect producing by high concentration of saline wastewater and mass transfer characteristics on desulfurization efficiency. This study provides the reference for engineer practice when predicting the WFGD desulfurization efficiency and mass transfer characteristics with all kinds of ions in.
