摘要
基于弹性力学和断裂力学的基本原理,采用ABAQUS软件对含不同长度初始裂纹的少齿数齿轮轴齿根应力强度因子KI进行了求解。利用MATLAB软件对求得的KI数据进行曲线拟合,分析了其变化规律,为进一步对少齿数齿轮轴进行断裂力学参数测试及安全性判定提供了依据。
Based on the basic principles of fracture mechanics and elastic mechanics, we use ABAQUS software to solve the root stress intensity factor KI on the small numbered tooth gear axis with different crack length. Fitting KI curve by MATLAB software, we have analyzed the change rule of KI. The study provides theoretical basis for fracture mechanics parameter test and safety performance of small numbered tooth gear shaft.
