摘要
通过对雅安市享受民族待遇县的124名中小学教师的调查分析,发现:民族地区中小学教师职业兴趣较高;薪酬满意度、公平满意度、前景满意度、个人成就感总体偏低;潜在流失风险高,但实际稳定性较好;最希望解决的问题是"提高收入"和"职称晋升"。建议着力提高民族地区中小学教师的收入水平;对民族地区中小学教师实行特殊的职称政策;提高中小学教师薪酬分配和职称评定公平性。
The investigation of 124 teachers in primary and secondary schools in ethnic counties of Ya'an City showsthat: teachers' interest of occupation is high; but satisfaction of payment, fair treatment, prospect and personal achievementare generally low; and the potential risk of losing is high, although the actual stability is good; the biggest problem wishedto solve is to increase the income and to promote professional title. It is suggested that efforts should be made to raise theincome of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas, to implement special policies of profession title promotionfor these teachers in ethnic areas, and to improve the the fairness of teachers' salary distribution and the evaluation ofprofessional title.
