摘要
文章基于新型城镇化视角对长株潭地区农村物流进行了调查研究,指出新型城镇化背景下长株潭地区农村物流存在的问题,并且提出了构建长株潭地区农村物流网络,促进电商下乡,农村增收的一些对策:(1)增加对基础设施建设的投入;(2)搭建农村互联网+电商平台;(3)构建高效、完善、合理的物流配送体系,同时,利用农村现有的公路客货运系统完成配送的主干运输,解决配送资源和物流渠道不对称以及双向运输失衡的问题;(4)与地方高校和高职院校合作,加快构建和完善农村物流人才培训体系。
This paper investigates the rural logistics in Chang- Zhu-Tan area from the perspective of new urbanization and points out the existing problems of rural logistics in Chang- Zhu-Tan area under the new urbanization. It also puts forward some countermeasures to construct the rural logistics network and promotes electricity to the countryside and increases the rural income： （1） Increasing investment in infrastructure construction; （2） Building rural internet＋business platform; （3） Building efficient, comprehensive and reasonable logistics and distribution system： （4） Cooperating with local colleges and universities and vocational colleges to speed up the construetion and improvement of rural logistics personnel training system.
