摘要
目的探讨补肾祛瘀中药联合炔诺酮治疗子宫内膜单纯性增生疗效及对血液流变学指标、性激素水平的影响。方法将150例子宫内膜单纯性增生患者随机分为2组,对照组75例单用炔诺酮治疗,观察组75例在此基础上加用补肾祛瘀中药辅助治疗,比较2组患者近期疗效,治疗前后症状量化评分、卫生巾计数和PBAC评分、血红蛋白水平、子宫内膜厚度、血液流变学指标及性激素水平。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后症状量化评分、PBAC评分、子宫内膜厚度及血液流变学指标均显著降低(P均<0.05),血红蛋白和P水平均显著提高(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后以上指标变化均较对照组更显著(P均<0.05)。结论补肾祛瘀中药联合炔诺酮治疗子宫内膜单纯性增生可有效缓解临床症状体征,减少月经量,降低内膜厚度,并有助于改善血液流变学指标和孕激素水平。
Objective It is to explore the effect of Bushen Quyu Chinese medicine with norethindrone on simple endometrial hyperplasia and indexes of hemarheology and sex hormone. Methods 150 simple endometrial hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group（ n = 75 ） was treated with norethindrone alone, the observation group （n = 75 ） was treated with norethindrone plus Bushen Quyu Chinese medicine. The recent curative effect, quantitative scores of symptoms, sanitary napkin numbers and PBAC scores, hemoglobin levels, endometrial thickness, hemorheology indexes and sex hormone levels before and after the treatment were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment quantitative scores of symptoms, PBAC scores, endometrial thickness and hemorheology indexes were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while the levels of Hb and sex hormone were increased in both groups （ P 〈 0.05） , and the improvements of these indexes above in observation group were better than than in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Quyu Chinese medicine with norethindrone can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and signs, reduce menstrual quantity, decrease endometrial thickness, and is helpful for improving the levels of hemorheology and sex hormone in the treatment of simple endometrial hyperplasia.
