摘要 为研究EPS颗粒体积掺量对混凝土单轴动态抗压强度和破坏形态的影响,采用直径74 mm的分离式霍普金森压杆装置,对4种EPS颗粒体积掺量的EPS混凝土进行单轴冲击压缩试验,分析了应变率和EPS颗粒体积掺量对EPS混凝土单轴动态抗压强度和破坏形态的影响。试验结果表明,EPS混凝土单轴动态抗压强度随应变率的增加而增大,随EPS颗粒体积掺量的增加而降低,当EPS颗粒体积掺量在20%~30%之间,EPS混凝土单轴动态抗压强度降低幅度较小;EPS混凝土试件破坏形态具有明显的高掺量低应变率效应;当EPS颗粒体积掺量达到30%之后,EPS混凝土试件裂而不碎。 In order to study the effect of EPS volume content on the uniaxial dynamic mechanical properties and the damage of concrete, uniaxial impact compression tests were carried out for 4 kinds of concrete with different EPS particles volume contents by split Hopkinson pressure bar apparatus with diameter of 74 mm. The influence of strain rate and EPS particles volume content on uniaxial dynamic compressive strength and damage of concrete were analyzed. Test results show that uniaxial dynamic compressive strength of EPS concrete increases with the increase of strain rate, and decreases with the increase of EPS volume content. When EPS particles volume content is between 20% and 30%, uniaxial dynamic compressive strength of EPS concrete decreases in a small amplitude. Failure mode of EPS concrete specimen becomes more serious with the increase of strain rate, and more moderate with the increase of EPS particle volume content. When volume content of EPS particles reaches 30%, EPS concrete specimen is cracked but not broken.
