回、汉族非小细胞肺癌EGFR突变差异与临床病理特征分析 被引量:5

An Analysis of EGFR Mutation and Clinicopathologic Characteristics in Hui and Han Patients with Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的探讨回、汉族肺癌患者EGFR(Epidermal growth factor recepor)突变差异与临床病理特征的相关性。方法收集确诊非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)并且具备完整的临床资料,通过组织活检、淋巴结穿刺、恶性胸腔积液离心等方式获取标本完成基因检测的NSCLC患者218例,统计分析NSCLC患者EGFR基因突变在回、汉族2个民族间及不同病理类型与临床特征的相关性。结果 218例NSCLC患者中,回族突变率为21.53%,汉族为40.52%,2个民族间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。汉族组中,女性EGFR基因突变率为48.49%,明显高于男性的34.48%;非吸烟患者EGFR突变率为55.88%,高于吸烟患者的28.24%;腺癌患者EGFR突变率为51.22%,高于非腺癌的28.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。65例回族肺癌患者中腺癌EGFR基因突变率为26.32%,非腺癌突变率为14.81%,腺癌组高于非腺癌组(P<0.05)。回族NSCLC患者EGFR基因突变率与年龄、性别及吸烟史无相关性。结论汉族EGFR患者基因突变率高于回族;EGFR基因在汉族组患者中,女性、非吸烟和腺癌患者突变率较高;在回族组患者中,腺癌EGFR突变率高于非腺癌,但与年龄、吸烟史、性别无相关性。 Objective To discuss the correlation of EGFR ( epidermal growth factor recepor) mutation differences and clinicopathologic features between Hui and Han lung cancer patients. Methods Collect 218 cases of non - small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with complete clinical data that were diagnosed from September, 2011 to September, 2015 in our hospital. These patients have been tested completely by the means of biopsy,lymph node biopsy, malignant pleurat effusion centrifugation, etc. The correlation between EGFR gene mutation between Hui and Han nationalities as well as its relation with different clinical and pathological types were ana- lyzed. Results Among the 218 cases, EGFR gene mutation of Han was 40.52%, while Hui was 21.53 %. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). The EGFR gene mutation rate of Han female was 48.49%, which was higher than that of men which was 34.48%. The EGFR mutation rate of non - smoking patients was 55.88%, which was higher than that of smoking patients which was 28.24%. The EGFR mutation rate of adenocarcinoma patients was 51.22% ,which was higher than that of non - adenocarcinoma which was 28.17 %. All of these differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Among the 65 cases of Hui patients, the EGFR gene muta- tion rate of those with adenocarcinoma was 26.32% , which was higher than that of non - adenocarcinoma patients which was 14.81%. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Besides, the mutation rate of Hui cancer patients had no correlation with age, smoking history and gender. Conclusion The EGFR gene mutation rate was higher in women, non - smoking and adenocarcinoma cancer patients in Han. In Hui, the adenocarcinoma mutation rate was relatively high, but has no correlation with age, smoking history and gen- der. In conclusion, the EGFR mutation rate of Hart was higher than that of Hui.
