摘要
大体积混凝土因水化热产生梯度温度,普遍容易出现温度裂缝,危害结构安全。文中根据三维热传导理论,运用ANSYS参数化设计语言,针对某±800 kV换流站换流变基础龄期10天内的温度场和温度应力进行仿真计算,为该基础以及今后类似工程大体积混凝土设计、施工中进行温控防裂提供有益借鉴。
The hydrated heat of cement would cause temperature cracks generally in massive concrete, and the cracks harm the concrete structure. In this paper, the ?nite element model of converter transformer foundation in a ±800kV converter station was established by using the program ANSYS, to analyze the hydrated heat temperature feld and temperature stress of this concrete foundation in 10 days after pouring, and the analysis results provided some useful reference for designing and constructing to prevent the temperature cracks.
