摘要
采用ANSYS有限元软件热分析模块对大体积承台水化过程中的温度场和温度应力进行了模拟研究,混凝土中心温度变化的模拟结果与实测数据反映一致;此外,温度应力最大值出现在基础底部,且小于混凝土的抗拉应力,不会出现温度裂缝,这也与同一配比的实验结果相符。所以,把有限元分析应用于混凝土配比的选取来预防施工中出现温度裂缝是可行的。
Temperature field & thermal stress of hydration heat in massive pile-cap was simulated and studied based on thermal analysis module of ANSYS, a finite element soft. The simulation result of temperature in the concrete is accord to tile monitoring data. Furthermore, the maximum of thermal stress present to the bottom of foundation, which was less than the tensile strength of concrete, so the temperature crack would not appear. All of this is similar to the experiment result in the same mixture ratio. Therefore,it is viable to prevent temperature crack through finite element analysis of concrete mixture ratio.
