摘要 结合气质联用仪对4-氨基偶氮苯的定性/定量分析实验,从化学创新班培养模式的特点出发,对于化学创新班探索性仪器分析实验教学的改革与实践进行了探讨。阐述了华南理工大学化学创新班的特点、现有的气质联用仪实验教学情况简介、实验要求与安排、内容以及实验结果与讨论。通过设计4个方面的实验教学内容,让学生对于气质联用仪定性/定量分析实验产生较强的理性与感性认识,总结了创新班探索性实验的成效和体会。 In this paper, we have discussed the reformation and practice of exploratory instrumental analysis experimental teaching for innovation class with major in chemistry,based on the training mode of innovative class and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 4-amino azobenzene by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer( GC-MS).This paper has introduced the characteristics of the innovation class of chemistry in South China University of Technology,the experimental teaching of GC-MS,the experimental requirements and arrangement,the experimental steps and results. Through four aspects of the experimental teaching,the students could have a strong rational and perceptual knowledge for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of GC-MS. Finally, we have summarized the acquirements and feelings of exploratory experiments in the innovation class.
