摘要 为解决公路网运行监测点规划中布局规模和点位密度等缺乏指导的问题,提出运用交通流中的车流波动理论,对路网按有效监测里程进行划分。结合实际路网结构特征,建立了一个路网结构划分模型,并在江苏省公路网进行了实践验证,且取得一定的效果。该研究对监测点的规划布局和规模控制具有一定指导意义。 In order to solve the problem of the lack of the guidance on the layout scale and point density of road network monitoring point planning,the traffic fluctuation theory is proposed to divide the road network using the effective monitoring distance,and then the model of road network structure division has been established with the combination of the characteristics of the actual network structure.Finally,the preliminary practice of the road network in Jiangsu Province has been made and some effects have been achieved,which will be of guiding significance to the planning,the layout and the scale control of monitoring points.
