摘要
采用均方差权值法和最小二乘法,运用2012年湖南省14市(自治州)农村环境保护统计数据,分析农村环境保护社区机制效率、空间格局及驱动因素。结果表明:从效率来看,湖南省农村环境保护社区机制效率综合指数排名中,长沙市第一,为0.755,排名最后的是娄底市,为0.335;从空间格局来看,湖南省农村环境保护社区机制综合指数空间格局呈现北高南低、东高西低走势;从影响因素来看,显著影响湖南省农村环境保护社区机制效率的因素为经济发展指数、社会生活指数、环保事业指数。
Applying the mean square deviation weight method and the least square method, the statistical data of rural environmental protection were used to analyze the efficiency, spatial pattern and driving factors of rural environmental protection community mechanism in 14 cities (autonomous prefecture) of Hunan Province in 2012 in this paper. The results show that from the point of view of efficiency, at the composite index ranking of Hunan Province rural environmental protection mechanism efficiency, the first is Changsha with 0.755, but it is ranked last in Loudi City with 0.335; from the point of view of spatial pattern, it is low from north to south as well as from east to west at the spatial pattern of rural environmental protection community mechanism in Hunan Province; from the point of view of spatial pattern influencing factors, the factors that affect the efficiency of rural environmental protection community mechanism significantly are the economic development index, social life index and environmental protection index in Hunan Province. This article will be of great significance to improve the efficiency of rural environmental protection community mechanism and the quality of rural environment in Hunan Province and even the whole country.
