摘要
目的参考国家社区卫生服务机构标准化建设文件,分析新医改后社区卫生服务机构设施设备配置情况并提出政策建议。方法收集4省(市)7区61家社区卫生机构标准化建设、科室设置和设备配置的数据,通过访谈了解具体情况并进行统计描述和定性分析。结果约有72.7%的社区卫生服务机构实现了标准化建设,设置手术室和产科的中心分别占27.6%和17.2%,常规的诊疗辅助设备配备比例上升,重症治疗相关设备配备比例下降。结论调查地区社区卫生服务机构基本达到标准化建设要求,社区卫生机构设施设备配置与服务功能一致,医疗服务重点已逐渐定位为基本医疗,在专科医疗方面功能比较弱化,还有一些机构仍然存在设备更新受限等情况。
OBJECTIVE To understand the equipment configuration of community health service institutions referring to the require-ment of National Community Health Service Institutions Standardization. METHODS Quantitative and qualitative data were collectedand analyzed on standardization construction situation, including department settings and equipment configuration, in 61 communityhealth service institutions from 4 provinces. RESULTS There were 72.7% of the community health service organizations had complet-ed standardized construction. There were 27.6% and 17.2% community health service institutions have set operating room and obstet-rical department respectively. The proportion of conventional medical auxiliary equipment was rising, while the proportion of intensivetreatment related equipment was declining. CONCLUSION Community health services institutions in case study areas met the require-ments of the standardized construction, the equipment configuration could match the service function, the services provided were grad-ually focusing on basic health services, specialist health care was declining. However, there were still some institutions had the limita-tion of equipment update.
