摘要
抗日战争时期,电报员工的薪酬不断被调整。此中既有下调,又有上调,而以后者为主。大抵经历折扣发放、渐次提增、全面提增与急剧提增四个发展阶段。并呈以下特征:一、薪酬调整的主旨由保国向保民转变;二、薪酬上调的节奏与物价上涨的节奏基本一致;三、薪酬上调的顺序是由低级员工逐步向高级员工推展;四、薪酬发放的模式由单一货币演进为货币与实物并存。这一切以一个案领域透显出国民命运与国家命运的休戚与共。
During the period of the Anti-Japanese War, the telegraph staff' salary was constantly adjusted lower but mainly higher, and experienced four stages of the discount payment, gradual growth, comprehensive growth and rapid growth. It showed the following characteristics: the first, the subject of the salary adjustment changed from the state to the people;the second, the rhythm of the salary growth was basically the same as the rhythm of rising prices; the third, the order of the salary growth gradually promoted from the senior staff to the junior;the last, the mode of the issuance of salary evolved from single currency to coexistence of currency and object. All of these demonstrated the close relationship of the national destiny and the country fortune by a case.
