摘要
针对属性权重未知的多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于犹豫正态模糊可能度的决策方法.首先提出了犹豫正态模糊环境下可能度的概念,并分析了其性质;之后,根据两两属性间优劣的可能度确定属性权重,集成各方案的属性值得到综合属性值,利用综合属性值获取方案间优劣的可能度,对方案进行排序和择优;最后,通过一个算例说明算法的实用性和可行性.
A decision making method based on hesitant normal fuzzy possibility degreeis proposed to solve the multi-attribute decision making problem without attribute weightinformation. Firstly, the concept of possibility degree under the hesitant normal fuzzy envi-ronment and its properties are introduced. Then the attribute weights are achieved accordingto the possibility degrees between any two attributes. After that, all the attributes' valuesare aggregated to get comprehensive attribute values and possibility degrees. Based on thepossibility degrees, we sort all the alternatives and choose the best one. At last, a numericalexample is used to illustrate and verify the practicability and feasibility of our method.
