摘要
将C-OWA算子推广至正态模糊数环境,定义正态模糊数有序加权平均(NFC-OWA)算子,提出一种正态模糊数大小比较的方法.在此基础上,鉴于一组正态模糊数信息的集成问题,提出OWNFC-OWA算子、OWGNFC-OWA算子和OWHNFC-OWA算子,并定义三种算子的统一形式(GOWNFC-OWA算子),研究其性质.针对属性信息以正态模糊数形式给出的多属性决策问题,提出基于GOWNFC-OWA算子的决策方法.最后通过实例分析,说明方法是可行且有效的.
The C-OWA operator is extended to the environment of normal fuzzy numbers. The NFC-OWA operator is defined, and the method of comparing the normal fuzzy numbers is given. On this basis, in view of the problem of information aggregation over a set of normal fuzzy numbers, several operators are proposed such as the OWNFC-OWA operator, OWGNFC-OWA operator, OWHNFC-OWA operator. And the GOWNFC-OWA operator is given as the unified form of these operator. The properties of these operators are studied. Aiming at the multi-attribute decision making problem, which the attribute values are given in the forms of normal fuzzy numbers, a decision method by using GOWNFC-OWA operator is proposed. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
