摘要
我国农村配电网一般存在网架薄弱、供电半径大、电力设备陈旧、低压线路线径偏小以及户用负荷小且呈季节性变化等特点,由此引发的低电压问题成为农村用户正常用电的瓶颈。基于此,本文以固定串联补偿技术为研究对象,分析其调压节能原理并提出针对串联补偿的选址和定容方法,最后以实际线路为基础,建立涵盖串联无功补偿的线路仿真模型,通过仿真分析以探讨串联无功补偿对农网中低电压问题治理以及节能降损效果。结果表明,补偿后的线路低电压问题得到缓解。
The rural power grid in China has such characteristics as weak power grid structure,larger supply radius,obsolete power equipment,smaller wire diameter of low-voltage line,smaller and seasonal variation load demand and the low-voltage issue due to this limits normal power consumption of rural users. Therefore,in this paper,the fixed series compensation technology is taken as study object,its volt-age regulation and energy-saving principle are analyzed,the address selection and capacitance deter-mination method for the series compensation are proposed. Finally,the actual line is taken as foundation to set up line simulation model covering the reactive power compensation. The low-voltage control,energy-saving and loss reduction result of series reactive power compensation in rural network is discussed through simulation analysis low-voltage management in rural grid. It is shown by the result that the issue of the low-voltage in the line after compensation is controlled.
