摘要
目的动态监测艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)接受冰火两重灸联合高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)后,外周血CD4^+T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)计数的变化,探索冰火两重灸在重建HIV/AIDS病人的免疫功能上的作用,为中医灸法治疗HIV/AIDS病人提供指导。方法选择70例HIV/AIDS病人,随机分为试验组(冰火两重灸联合HAART)36例,对照组(单纯HAART)34例。监测2组治疗0、6、12个月的CD4细胞绝对计数。结果 1)在2组基线CD4细胞计数无统计学差异的情况下,试验组治疗后6、12个月的CD4细胞计数分别为(372.61±240.47)个/μL、(398.33±207.98)个/μL,均高于同期对照组(273.53±159.26)个/μL、(284.59±129.69)个/μL的水平,差异有统计学意义(F=10.061,P<0.05);2)HAART初治的试验组治疗后6、12个月,CD4细胞计数分别为(497.38±291.92)个/μL、(494.23±201.63)个/μL,均高于同期对照组(279.11±104.94)个/μL、(330.56±111.77)个/μL水平,差异有统计学意义(F=5.027,P<0.05)。结论冰火两重灸可明显提升HAART初治及HAART≥2年后的HIV/AIDS病人的CD4细胞计数,尤其是在HAART初治时联合使用冰火两重灸,对CD4细胞计数的提升效果最优。
Objective To monitor the changes of peripheral blood CD4＋T lymphocyte by moxibustion treatment for HIV/AIDS patients with HAART（highly active anti-retroviral therapy） to see the reconstruction of their im- mune function. Methods Selected 70 cases of HIV/AIDS patients with HAART were randomly divided into the ex- perimental group with moxibustion and the control group, to monitor CD4 counts at 0, 6, 12 months after moxibus tion treatment. Results When the baseline CD4 counts between the 2 groups had no statistical difference, the ex- perimental group at 6 and 12 months after the treatment had the CD4 counts of 372.61±240.47cells/μL, and 398. 33±207.98cells/μL, higher than the control group （273. 53±159.26cells/μL, and 284.59_＋129.69cells/μL） in the same period, with the difference statistically significant （F= 10. 061, P〈0.05）. The experimental group with the AIDS patients receiving HAART in the initial phase at 6 months and 12 months after the treatment had the CD4 counts of 497.38 ±291.92cells/μL, and 494.23 ± 201.63cells/μL, higher than the control group（279. 11 ± 104.94cells/μL,330.56±111.77cells/μL） in the same period, with significant difference （F=5. 027, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The CD4 counts of the two groups increased significantly after the treatment, implying that both treat- ments can reconstruct the immune system of AIDS patients, and HAART combined with moxibustion is better than HAART alone, especially using moxibustion at the initial phase of HAART and can achieve better curative effect.
