摘要
本文主要基于复合喷吹石灰与钝化颗粒镁的铁水脱硫技术存在弊端基础上提出喷吹方解石与钝化颗粒镁的铁水脱硫技术工艺设想,并进一步探讨了方解石物理性质、化学性质、反应热力学条件、反应动力学条件等内容,认为方解石替代石灰设想具有可行性。
in this paper, based on the compound injection of lime and passivation granular magnesium desulfurization technology has disadvantages based on injection of calcite and passivation granular magnesium hot metal desulphurization technology, and further discusses the calcite physical proper-ties ,chemical properties, reaction thermodynamics condition, kinetics of reaction conditions such as content, think calcite replace lime idea is feasible.
