摘要
试验证明了把颗粒镁“分散”地喷入铁水中并充分扩散的脱硫过程所具有的脱硫潜力。开发的大用量喷镁脱硫工艺可以将铁水预处理熔池中的换热一换质界面增大33%~50%,由此提高了镁的利用率,喷镁用量由7~13kg/min增加到16~25kg/min,脱硫及扒渣全过程耗时只相当于转炉冶炼周期的50%~70%。确定了喷吹过程参数和装置结构参数,所有的工艺任务由一套喷吹装置完成。研发的成果在钢厂已被应用。
The article proves the reserves of desulphurization process with granulated magnesium due to its more diffuse injection and subsequent dispersion of flow in the hot metal. The results showed that the technological developments increase the heat and mass transfer surface in the refined bath at 33 %-50 %. It is increased the degree of ab- sorption of magnesium, magnesium injection rate increases from 7-13 kg/min up to 16- 25 kg/min, and the desulfurization process and slag skimming take only about 50 %- 70 ~ of the converter smelting cycle. The parameters of injection process and the pa- rameters of device structural have been determined and all the technological problems are solved by an injection device. The results of development has been used in the steel plant.
