摘要 为了解超高性能混凝土组合钢桥面在静力作用下的裂缝扩展情况和承载能力,以某长江大桥正交异性钢桥面板构造细节为背景设计试验梁(单U肋),采用有限元分析和模型试验的方法研究超高性能混凝土组合钢桥面在静力加载过程中的裂缝扩展形态和位移、应变的变化规律。结果表明:加载至13%极限荷载时,中横隔板顶面附近观测到裂缝;达到极限荷载时,裂缝最大宽度达0.15mm;超高性能混凝土与钢结构能够协同工作;加载过程中超高性能混凝土的抗裂性能良好,达到极限承载能力时,钢结构先发生屈曲;在设计荷载作用下,超高性能混凝土铺装层能够满足耐久性要求,组合钢桥面具有较大的静力承载能力富余度。 To understand the crack propagation and bearing capacity of the ultra-high perform-ance concrete (UHPC) and steel composite bridge deck under the action of the static force, the test beam (with a single U rib) was designed by way of examples of the structural details of the ortho-tropic steel deck of a Changjiang River Bridge and the crack propagation patterns, displacement and the changing laws of the strain of the UHPC and steel composite bridge deck in the process of the static loading were studied, using the finite element analysis and model test methods. The re-sults of the study demonstrate that when the loading reaches the 13% of the ultimate load, the cracks are observed nearby the top of the middle diaphragm. When the loading reaches the ultimate load, the maximum width of the cracks is up to 0. 15 mm and the UHPC can work compatibly with the steel structure. The crack resistance property of the UHPC in the process of the loading is good and when the UHPC reaches the ultimate bearing capacity, the steel structure buckles first. Under the designed load, the UHPC pavement can satisfy the durability requirements and the UH-PC and steel composite bridge deck has rather great redundancy of the static force bearing capacity.
