摘要
钢-混组合桥面板常规计算中忽略了钢桥面板与混凝土桥面板界面间的相对滑移,无法反映由相对滑移导致的组合效应降低以及层间的荷载重分配。为研究界面滑移模拟方法、界面滑移对钢-混组合结构的组合效应以及受力性能的影响,基于钢桥面板与混凝土桥面板的受力特性和变形协调条件,推导界面相对滑移微分方程,给出考虑滑移条件下的挠度计算公式;并依托海口东海岸如意岛跨海大桥项目,选取包含1个纵肋的单梁,通过有限元分析和足尺模型试验对跨中挠度、钢-混界面和栓钉滑移等进行分析。结果表明:随着荷载增大,界面滑移不断增大,且增加的速度越来越快,对组合效应的削弱和对受力性能的影响也更为明显;为得出准确的受力和变形结果,应考虑界面滑移效应;文中提出的界面滑移模拟方法能揭示界面滑移对组合效应和受力性能的影响规律。
In the conventional calculation of the orthotropic composite bridge deck,the relative slip between the interfaces of the steel plate and concrete slab of the deck is ignored and as a result,the composite effect decreasing and the load redistribution between the interfaces caused by the relative slip can not be reflected.To study the influences of the interface slip simulation method and the interface slip on the composite effect and mechanical properties of the steel and concrete composite structure,the differential equation for the interface relative slip was derived based on the mechanical properties and deformation compatibility conditions of the steel plate and concrete slab,the deflection calculation formula considering the slip conditions was given and by way of example of the Ruyi Island Sea-Crossing Bridge on the east coast of Haikou,a single beam having 1longitudinal rib was selected.The finite element analysis and the full-scale model test for the beam were made,the midspan deflection and the slip between the steel and concrete interfaces and the slip of the studs were analyzed.The results of the analysis indicate that with the increase of the load,the interface slip constantly increases,the increasing speed becomes faster and faster and the influences on the composite effect weakening and the mechanical properties also become more significant.To obtain the precise results of the mechanical properties and deformation,the interface slip effect should be considered and the slip simulation method proposed in this paper can be used to reveal the laws of the influences of the slip on the composite effect and the mechanical properties.
